Treasury Clerk

TITLE: Treasury Clerk REPORTS TO: Accounting Supervisor  JOB REQUIREMENTS: Corporate online banking experience with domestic & foreign accounts a plus.Meet department accuracy requirements and handle new projects as assignedDetailed oriented with a strong work ethicStrong written, verbal and interpersonal skillsMaintain a positive attitude and proactive approach to assignments Must maintain an outstanding level of attendance.  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Positive Pay Exceptions & reportsDeposits in client bank account & posting to client ledgersRelease & mail client checksEnsure accuracy of proper check signatures & create advices for production to send to clientsShipping of client checks to include logging printed checks out of computer room, running tapes for accuracy & posting to client booksProcess monthly bank reconciliations, outstanding check reports & audit each client accountStop pay checks, void checks, returned checks & cleared check researchTrack uncashed checks for escheatment reports to productionInitiate and/or approve outgoing wires & ACH paymentsProvide exceptional customer service to production for the benefit of our clients Perform other duties as assigned
