Treasury Management & Business Development Manager

I’m partnering with a financial institution seeking an experienced professional with a strong combination of treasury management, leadership, and business-development skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify business clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate cash-management solutions.
• Develop new relationships and expand business with existing clients.
• Lead, coach, and support employees in achieving service and performance goals.
• Drive deposit growth and increase adoption of treasury services.
• Partner with internal teams to support client onboarding and ongoing service.
• Build referral relationships and track progress toward business-development goals.

Qualifications

• Direct treasury management or business cash-management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management experience.
• Proven success in business development, relationship management, and achieving growth goals.
• Banking or credit union experience serving business clients.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with an understanding of banking controls and risk.
• Current residence within 30 miles of East Lansing, MI, and familiarity with the surrounding market.
