Job Description

Yellowstone Family Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Implant Treatment Coordinator to join our practice in Billings, MT!

As the Dental Implant Treatment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in building trust with patients, educating them on their treatment options, and guiding them through every step of their care journey.

Working closely with our doctors and clinical team, you will ensure patients feel informed, supported, and confident from consultation through surgery and follow-up. Responsibilities

  • Guide patients through the consultation journey from initial contact through treatment decision, providing a supportive and compassionate experience.
  • Educate patients on dental implant treatment options, clearly explaining procedures, timelines, benefits, and overall value.
  • Present treatment plans and financial options, including financing and payment arrangements, to help patients make informed decisions.
  • Track case acceptance and maintain proactive follow-up with patients to answer questions and support scheduling treatment.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years of consultative sales experience required (healthcare, dental, medical, aesthetics, or other high-value industries preferred).
  • Ability to confidently present high-value treatment options ($15,000–$50,000) and guide patients through important decisions using a consultative approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including empathy, active listening, trust-building, and the ability to clearly explain complex information.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication, follow-up habits, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clinical and administrative teams.

Dental, implant, or oral surgery experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
