As we continue to grow, we''re looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, educating patients, and guiding them toward the care they need. You''ll play a key role in helping patients understand their treatment options, navigate financial arrangements, and feel confident moving forward with recommended care.

What You'll Do

• Guide patients through their treatment journey from consultation to completion.
• Present and explain treatment recommendations, procedures, and associated costs.
• Help patients understand insurance benefits, financing options, and payment arrangements.
• Build trust and strong patient relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatment and next steps.
• Coordinate appointments and support an efficient patient experience.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and the clinical team.
• Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Support a welcoming, professional, and patient-focused office environment.
• Uphold company core values of compassion, authenticity, talent, and teamwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirments

• 1+ years of dental, healthcare, or treatment coordination experience preferred
• 1+ years of sales, patient advocacy, or relationship-focused customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills

$18 - $18 an hour
