You'll be the person who makes a complicated moment feel manageable, and the one who follows through until it's done.Dental treatment coordination, case management, or patient coordination experience is required. CareStack experience is a plus.What You BringYou Make the Hard Conversation Easy. Clinical notes, financial arrangements, scheduling: you hold it all together without dropping a piece.You Set the Standard, Not Just Meet It. You notice when something in the process isn't working and you say something, instead of working around it quietly.What You'll NeedRequired: At least two years of experience in treatment coordination, case management, or patient coordination. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication.Preferred: Experience with CareStack. Experience in a high-performing dental practice.
