Treatment Coordinator

Overview:

Dental supported by Smile Brands is looking for a Travel Orthodontic Treatment Care Coordinator (TCC) to support our orthodontic practices by creating positive patient experiences and helping patients take the next step toward a healthier, more confident smile.

 

As a Treatment Care Coordinator, you'll play an important role in connecting patients with the care they need. Using our innovative G3 approach — Greeting, Guiding, and Gratitude — you'll help patients feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their orthodontic journey.

In this travel role, you'll have the opportunity to support multiple orthodontic offices (Tacoma, Silverdale & Gig Harbor), build relationships with patients and teams, and help practices deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Schedule (days/hours): Monday- Thursday 8-5 Responsibilities:

• Greeting: Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient with a warm welcome
• Guiding: Assist patients with check in/check out procedures (including insurance verification), schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options, guiding them through their visit with ease and professionalism
• Gratitude: Express appreciation to patients for choosing us for their dental care and treat everyone with respect and professionalism

Qualifications:

• At least one year of related experience
• Knowledge of dental terminology
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Compensation: $23-$25/hour About:
