Responsibilities:

• Present and explain oral surgery treatment plans to patients in a clear, compassionate manner
• Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-ups, and surgical appointments efficiently
• Collect and process patient payments, co-pays, and financing arrangements
• Serve as a primary point of contact for patient questions, concerns, and case follow-through
• Collaborate with clinical staff and surgeons to ensure seamless patient flow
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within practice management software
• Interact with referring offices

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a dental, oral surgery, or healthcare front office setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of treatment planning, and patient financing options
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume specialty practice
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities
• Professional, empathetic demeanor with a commitment to exceptional patient experience
