Tree Crew Lead

Tree Crew Lead

At Design Tree Maintenance, we are searching for a driven, full-time Tree Crew Lead to join our award-winning team in Phoenix, AZ. With pay ranging from $180 to $400 per day, depending on experience.

If you thrive outdoors and enjoy leading a team, this is your chance to work with a company that has been recognized for excellence since 1995. We're also looking for someone with managerial experience or team lead experience. You don't have to be a Tree Foreman, just someone who has experience in being a lead.

What We're Looking For:

• A proactive leader who takes ownership and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty
• 3-5 years leading a team of employees in any industry
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

If you meet these requirements, this may be the perfect fit for you! Apply today!

What You'll Do:

• Start Strong: Begin each day by reviewing job plans and ensuring your crew is prepared for success.
• Lead by Example: Climb, trim, and remove trees with precision and safety at the forefront.
• Mentor & Motivate: Share your expertise, coach team members, and help them grow in their roles.
• Client Connection: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and deliver top-tier service.
• Safety & Standards: Maintain equipment, enforce safety protocols, and guarantee every job meets our high standards.
• Leadership Style: Intentional, safety-first, hands-on, and accountable-comfortable mentoring while actively working
• Readiness: You're ready to go now. We'll provide targeted training where needed, but you arrive with a strong foundation
