We are seeking an experienced First Chair Asbestos Trial Attorney with a proven track record of successfully defending clients to join a qualified team of legal professionals. Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis on toxic tort and asbestos cases.
Drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Collaborating with experts and consultants to build strong defense strategies.
Conducting depositions, interviews, and witness preparations.
Attending court hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.
Providing legal counsel and strategic advice to clients throughout the litigation process.
Managing case files, deadlines, and client communications efficiently.
Staying current with developments in toxic tort and asbestos law.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active NJ/PA/NY/or CT Bar membership in good standing.
7+ years of experience in Asbestos litigation
Must have completed at least (5) civil trials as first chair
