Job Description
Boutique personal injury firm is urgently looking for a Trial Attorney with personal injury experience, who can handle the stress of litigation and court deadlines. Our firm knows all the tricks and strategies used by insurance companies and their attorneys to minimize the payout. The ideal candidate will be a team player and join the fight against insurance companies. Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- At least 5 years of personal injury exp needed, 7 years preferred
- Trial experience required 2nd chair, 1st chair preferred
- Litigation, Depos, Discovery, Trial prep responsibilities
- Looking for a long-term employee who will become family as we are a tight-knit office.
- The perfect candidate will be motivated to learn and grow with us, be a problem solver who figures out how to complete tasks on their own and not someone who is willing to jump ship for a slight increase in pay.
- Onsite work required. Flexible work hours can be accommodated.
