Trial Litigation Paralegal

• Organize and manage case files, including maintaining electronic and physical records.
• Assist with trial preparation, including drafting and filing legal documents.
• Coordinate with attorneys and external parties to gather case-related information.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
• Prepare exhibits, evidence, and presentations for court proceedings.
• Manage deadlines and ensure timely submission of all required documentation.
• Provide on-site trial support, including managing materials and coordinating logistics.
• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and court personnel as needed.
