About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate manufacturing and warehouse equipment, supporting production processes in a fast-paced environment while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery and warehouse equipment following standard procedures
• Support overall production activities within the warehouse environment
• Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading as needed
• Document production activities and report equipment issues accurately
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
• Uphold quality standards for products and processes

Required Qualifications

• General warehouse experience
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or warehouse operations
• Ability to follow safety and operational protocols
• Reliable and punctual

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior machine operator experience (preferred but not required)
• Experience working in a production or industrial environment

Tools and Equipment Used

• Manufacturing machinery
• Warehouse support tools

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 20 lbs
• Work typically performed in a warehouse setting with manufacturing equipment
• Ability to stand for extended periods
