Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various machines in the trim shop to ensure smooth production flow.
• Trim and finish products to meet specified dimensions and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in training new employees on machine operation and safety procedures.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or trim shop environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
