Truck Builder

You already know ag. You know the equipment, you know how it gets used, and you know how to talk to the people who depend on it every day. This job pays you to put all of that to work.

You'll help small business owners across the country build the exact work truck they need. Flatbeds, lights, feeders, toolboxes, the whole rig. You won't be turning wrenches or running a welder. You'll be the expert on the phone and in the shop who listens to what a customer does for a living and tells them what build actually fits.

This is the kind of work where your background is the edge. The rancher buying a feed truck wants to talk to someone who has been around feed trucks. That's you.

What you'll actually do

• Talk with small business owners and figure out what their truck needs to do for them
• Spec out the right build: bed, lighting, hauling and feeding setups, accessories, all of it
• Walk customers through their options in plain terms, no pressure and no jargon
• Own the deal from the first conversation to the finished truck
• Coordinate with the build team so what you sold is what gets made

The pay

This role is commission based, and there's no ceiling on what you can earn. Nobody expects you to be at full speed on day one, so you get guaranteed pay for your first three months while you learn the ropes. After that, the better you get, the more you make.

What we're looking for

• An ag background, or deep familiarity with work trucks and the equipment that goes on them
• People skills. You like talking to folks and you're good at it
• The drive to chase a deal and the patience to do it right
• Comfortable working with customers all over the country by phone and email
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Valid driver's license
• Able to pass a background check and drug test

Sales experience helps, but it isn't required. If you know the work and you're good with people, we can teach you the rest.
