Truck Driver Loader Operator

• Operate heavy equipment, haul trucks, pumps, front-end loaders, and other mining equipment.
• Transport materials and maintain proper ore blending and feed rates.
• Load trucks, maintain stockpiles, and support road maintenance activities.
• Complete equipment inspections, fueling, load logs, and basic maintenance tasks.
• Communicate production updates and safety concerns during shift handoffs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Current CDL with doubles and tanker endorsements required.
• 6 months to 1 year of plant, mining, construction, or heavy equipment experience preferred.
• Front-end loader experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude, recordkeeping, and math skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Regular exposure to dust, noise, and heavy equipment.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout a 10-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
• Must follow all PPE and safety requirements.
