We are looking for a CDL B or CDL A delivery driver to help us deliver partnership, accuracy, and responsiveness.

Position highlights:

1. Home daily, no multi-day routes.

2. Competitive base pay, OT available.

3. Incentive pay opportunities available for safety and operational metrics from day 1.

4. Delivery locations in Minneapolis, St. Paul, Rochester, Mankato, Eau Claire, St. Cloud and occasionally others - if you are willing to keep driving, we will keep you busy!

5. Support from local Eagan team and HQ in Madison, WI.

6. Training will be provided in Madison and in Eagan to get you started.

Requirements

• Current Class A or B CDL with up-to-date DOT registration and medical certificate / qualifications
• A least 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred but will consider recent graduates or equivalent driving experience in the military
• Must pass a multi-panel drug screen and maintain drug free DOT compliance
• No more than (2) moving violations in the past year
• Forklift certification required (trained in house)
• Able to operate trucks with either a manual or automatic transmission
• Military experience a plus
• Ability to perform physical tasks which include the lifting and moving of 50 lbs. or more and pulling/pushing product loads weighing from 250 lbs-1000 lbs. with assisted equipment.
• Mobility to frequently bend, lift, stand, and get on and off vehicles multiple times each shift.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and scales.
• Proficient in safe material handling practices, experience handling stone slab products is a plus!
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to prioritize daily workload ensuring work is correct and complete.
• Superior ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent active listening skills to fully understand instructions, ask clarifying questions, and engage in effective problem-solving.
• Ability to perform basic math with high accuracy - add, subtract, multiply, divide.
• Ability to work overtime as needed by the operation
