Pay Range: $95 - $100/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Define, drive, and own program charters that translate ambiguous goals into measurable objectives.
- Optimize program communication plans and ensure alignment among senior stakeholders.
- Anticipate change management requirements and develop rollout plans, monitoring progress and resolving misalignments.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making and manage escalations.
- Collect and govern data to drive stakeholder decisions and maintain project trackers and status reports.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with operations, engineering, and product teams.
- Experience in responsible AI and Trust & Safety teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.
- Advanced knowledge of program management tools and methodologies.
- Proven track record of managing organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
