A highly respected and collegial Connecticut law firm is seeking two Trusts & Estates attorneys to join its growing practice in either Hartford or New Haven.
The firm is hiring:
- An early-career attorney with at least one year of estate planning and/or estate administration experience
- A mid-level or senior attorney with at least five years of trusts & estates experience and the ability to manage matters with increasing independence

Representative Responsibilities
- Drafting sophisticated estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives
- Administering estates and trusts, including probate proceedings and fiduciary accountings
- Advising clients regarding estate, gift, and income tax considerations
- Communicating directly with clients, beneficiaries, and fiduciaries
- Collaborating with colleagues on complex planning and administration matters

- Experience in estate planning and/or estate and trust administration
