Naples Trusts & Estates Attorney: Sophisticated Private Client Work

A highly regarded firm serving high-net-worth individuals and families in Naples, Florida is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its estate planning and probate team.

Naples offers one of the most active private client markets in the state, and this role puts you at the center of it, working on sophisticated planning and administration alongside experienced attorneys.

What You'll Do

• Prepare wills, trusts, and complete estate plans for high-net-worth clients, including seasonal residents
• Advise on wealth transfer, asset protection, and estate tax strategies
• Manage probate and trust administration matters from start to finish
• Counsel fiduciaries and beneficiaries on administration issues
• Draft petitions, accountings, and other court filings
• Contribute to trust and estate litigation matters when needed

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school; LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is a plus
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of trusts and estates experience covering estate planning, probate, and trust administration
• Strong command of Florida probate, trust, and homestead law
• Trust and estate litigation exposure is a plus
• Polished communication skills and a client-first approach
