An established multi-office law firm is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its growing team. This opportunity is designed for an attorney with an established estate planning practice who is looking for a platform to continue serving clients while expanding their business.

We're seeking a relationship-driven attorney who has built trusted connections with individuals, families, financial advisors, CPAs, and other referral partners.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
Advise clients on estate planning strategies tailored to their personal and financial goals.
Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related estate planning documents.
Counsel clients on trust administration, probate, and estate settlement matters.
Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and professional referral sources.
Grow and manage an existing book of business while contributing to the firm's continued success.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the applicable state.
5–10 years of experience in estate planning, trusts, and probate.
Strong knowledge of estate planning strategies and trust administration.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Demonstrated ability to generate business through an established client base or professional referral network.

Ideal Candidate:
Has an existing estate planning practice and portable book of business.
Maintains relationships with CPAs, financial advisors, wealth managers, and other referral partners.
Enjoys providing personalized, long-term counsel to individuals and families.
Is entrepreneurial and eager to grow within a collaborative, well-supported firm.
