COMPENSATION: 

$11.35 Hourly + tips

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Deliver intuitive, polished service that demonstrates Tallow’s dedication to excellence and approachability. 

• Guide guests through our curated menu of butcher’s cuts, classic sides, wines, and signature cocktails with confidence and enthusiasm. 

• Anticipate guest needs and coordinate seamlessly with the team to ensure flawless service flow. 

• Maintain a deep understanding of steak temperatures, flavor pairings, and beverage offerings to enhance the dining experience. 

• Uphold the highest standards of table presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism. 

• Contribute to a culture of ownership, teamwork, and pride — treating Our House as your own. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Minimum two (2) years of serving experience in high-end casual or fine dining settings preferred. 

• Strong food, wine, and classic cocktail knowledge preferred. 

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. 

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 pounds. 

• Maintain a valid Food Handler’s and ATAP Alcohol Seller-Server Certification
