Position Summary

• The Semilla Project (TSP) is a grant-funded program that hosts underrepresented high school students from Denver's urban and surrounding areas by coordinating Spur campus visits that promote agricultural sciences. This position is temporary beginning 9/23/2024 and ending 5/30/2025.

Essential Job Duties (5 maximum)

• Assist in overseeing high school visits at Spur to ensure a quality experience and tour.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive to Spur campus for each visit.
• Collaborating with workshop presenters, TSP Partners, and Spur staff to help coordinate the visit.
• Support student interns.
• Managing inventory of TSP marketing materials

Conditions of Employment - Hybrid

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required
• Ability to work from CSU Spur campus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with pre-collegiate programming
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary Range

25.00 hourly
