TSP2 Customer Support Rep

CTG is seeking to fill a TSP2 Customer Support Representative position for our client.

Location: Longmont, CO
Duration: Ongoing Contract

Schedule: Monday through Friday, between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM Mountain Time (after training)

Duties:

• Provide comprehensive customer support to business customers experiencing technical issues with hardware, software, and related applications.

• Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical problems, and guide users through appropriate resolutions by phone.

• Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve hardware, software, and application issues.

• Diagnose technical problems using established tools, resources, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Assist with installing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining computer systems and related equipment as needed.

• Clearly communicate technical information and provide pre-written solutions to customers.

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established policies, procedures, and service standards.

• Deliver a professional, positive customer experience while managing multiple support requests.

Skills:

• Strong customer service, communication, and active listening skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, computer systems, and application-related issues.

• Proficiency navigating Windows applications and web-based search tools.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to perform root cause analysis.

• Ability to explain technical solutions clearly and maintain an appropriate, professional tone with customers.

• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to manage time effectively, stay focused, and follow established procedures.

• Typing speed of at least 65 words per minute (WPM).

• Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.

Experience:

• 1–2 years of technical support, help desk, customer service, or related experience.

• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and application issues.

• Experience providing technical assistance and resolving customer inquiries in a business-to-business environment preferred.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Additional technical training or education in information technology or a related field is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $19.78-$20.99/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
