Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative 2 to provide exceptional customer support to the public through phone and in-person interactions. The ideal candidate will assist customers with inquiries regarding services, program eligibility, licenses, permits, registrations, and other related matters while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support via telephone and face-to-face interactions.
• Respond to inquiries regarding programs, services, registrations, permits, and eligibility requirements.
• Research and resolve customer complaints and service-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
• Process forms, change of address requests, service updates, and account transactions.
• Refer complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments.
• Collect payments, determine service charges, and assist with billing processes.
• Reconcile cash receipts, prepare deposits, and maintain financial transaction records.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and service quality.

Required Skills

• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to resolve difficult customer complaints and problems.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using computer systems and data entry applications.

Preferred Skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
