What You'll Do Every Day

• Create a warm, welcoming classroom where Twaddlers feel safe, supported, and excited to explore

• Bring TLE's L.E.A.P. Curriculum to life through hands‑on activities, early literacy, movement, art, and sensory play

• Support children as they build independence - from early communication to self‑help skills

• Guide positive social interactions and help children express their feelings in healthy ways

• Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and genuine care

• Maintain a clean, organized, and cheerful classroom that reflects TLE's bright, nurturing environment

• Collaborate with a supportive leadership team that values positivity, professionalism, and growth

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
