Pay Range: $45 - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute UAT for transition and transformation programs, including advisor and firm onboarding/conversions, book-of-business transfers, platform migrations, and system modernization initiatives.
- Develop test scenarios, cases, and data that validate data mapping, migration accuracy, and business process changes across the old and new environments.
- Perform end-to-end, regression, and parallel testing across legacy and target systems, including mock conversions and data reconciliation, to confirm no loss of data or functionality.
- Log, track, and triage defects in JIRA or ALM, coordinating with program managers, developers, BAs, and business owners to resolve issues before cutover.
- Support cutover and go-live readiness by providing UAT sign-off, participating in go/no-go decisions, and validating post-conversion results.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Data Migration & Conversion Testing Experience: Hands-on experience validating data mapping, reconciliation, and mock conversions in large-scale system or platform transitions.
- UAT Test Design & Execution: Proven ability to design test plans, manage defects, and run regression testing using JIRA, qTest, or HP ALM, ideally within Agile or hybrid delivery.
- Strong Analytical & Stakeholder Communication Skills: Ability to manage multiple workstreams, identify risks early, and communicate status clearly to program leadership and business
