UI Developer

We're seeking a motivated UI Developer to join a dynamic full-stack team of developers specializing in AI-integrated cyber solutions. In this role, you'll contribute to building intuitive, responsive interfaces that bring cutting-edge AI capabilities directly to our users. You'll work across multiple codebases using React and Angular, creating experiences that make complex AI tools accessible and delightful to use.

Salary range: $175,000-190,000

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user interfaces across multiple web applications using React and Angular frameworks.
• Implement responsive, accessible designs using Material Design components and TailwindCSS.
• Collaborate with senior developers to translate AI functionality into intuitive user experiences.
• Participate in user feedback sessions to understand how real users interact with our tools.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to continuously improve quality.
• Work closely with backend developers to ensure smooth data flow between UI and AI services.
• Contribute to UI/UX discussions and propose improvements based on user behavior and feedback.
• Debug and resolve front-end issues across different browsers and devices.
• Document UI components and maintain style guides for consistency across products.

Skills Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in front-end development or relevant academic/personal projects.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Basic understanding of React and/or Angular frameworks.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Genuine curiosity about user needs and willingness to challenge requirements when necessary.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with both React and Angular frameworks.
• Familiarity with Material Design and/or TailwindCSS.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and how they impact user interfaces.
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal portfolio demonstrating UI work.
• Experience with user testing or gathering user feedback.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes.

Experience Requirement: 

• 3 yrs. with a B.S. in a technical discipline or 4 additional yrs. in place of B.S.

Clearance Requirement: 

• Active TS/SCI with a polygraph
