Job Title: UKG Pro WFM Configurator Location: Warren, MI. Job Type: W2 contract | No C2C | No Corp-to-Corp Expected hours per week: 40 hours per week Schedule: Hybrid Pay Range: $80-85 an hour Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced UKG Pro WFM Configurator to support the rollout of a new global timekeeping and workforce management system. This position will work closely with configurators and developers to configure and test the system based on user stories.
Responsibilities:
Configure UKG Pro WFM based on business requirements and user stories
Test configurations and review results with the project team
Manage assigned user stories and tickets within Jira
Collaborate with configurators, developers, and business partners
Support the rollout of UKG Pro WFM across a global organization
Qualifications:
3–5 years of UKG experience required
Experience with UKG Pro WFM / Workforce Management
Experience with UKG Workforce Central/Kronos
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
