Ultrasound Technologist to support our client's healthcare facility in New York, NY 10016.

Schedule: Mon - Thurs: 9am -5:30pm, Fri: 8am - 4:30pm
Location: New York, NY 10016
Job Type: Local contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Pay Range: $50.00 to $53.00/hour*
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Duties: - Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Cardiac Sonography, or Vascular Technology program.
- Experience performing echocardiography and/or vascular ultrasound.
- Strong knowledge of cardiac/vascular anatomy, physiology, ultrasound principles, and Doppler techniques.
- Ability to work independently and recognize technically inadequate studies.
- Cardiology or outpatient clinical experience preferred.
Certifications: - RDCS – preferred/required for cardiac echo.
- RVT – preferred/required for vascular studies.
- ARDMS credentials – preferred.
- BLS certification – required.
