Make an Impact Every Day

As our Corporate Unarmed Security Officer, you'll serve as the first point of contact for employees, executives, guests, and vendors while helping maintain a safe and welcoming corporate environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive first impressions.
• Managing the corporate reception area, visitor registration, and access control.
• Issuing visitor credentials and maintaining access records.
• Monitoring CCTV systems and responding to security concerns.
• Communicating professionally with corporate leadership, employees, and visitors.
• Preparing accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Conducting routine interior and exterior foot patrols.
• Responding confidently and professionally to emergencies.
• Supporting a culture of safety, professionalism, and outstanding service.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following experience will help you succeed in this role:

• Experience in corporate security, concierge, front desk, hospitality, reception, customer service, or administrative support.
• Experience working in a Class A office building, corporate headquarters, hotel, financial institution, or professional business environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, email, and basic computer applications.
• Experience with visitor management systems, access control, or CCTV monitoring is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite in Downtown Pittsburgh.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to conduct routine interior and exterior foot patrols.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees, executives, visitors, and emergency personnel.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email and data entry.
• Stable work history demonstrates reliability and professionalism.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and comprehensive background investigation.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a Fortune 500 corporate environment.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
