Position Summary:

E.S. Wagner Company, LLC has an excellent opportunity for an Underground Utilities Superintendent. A sample of the position's duties and responsibilities include:

• Working knowledge of grade checking and understanding of survey information
• Working knowledge and experience of storm/sanitary sewer and waterline install
• Ability to test sanitary and waterlines
• Ability to install trench boxes for deep excavations
• Responsible for seeing a continuous safe work environment.
• Effectively lead and manage crew members' daily activities and production.
• Ensure construction per plan requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and organize people, equipment, and materials to promote the safe, efficient and timely construction of the project.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, time sheets and daily management reports.
• Communicate activities and issues with other members of management to coordinate construction activities.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of drainage/pipe experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely and promote a safe work environment.
• Excellent team and communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve and adjust to changing circumstances.
