Manufacturing job description

We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Manager who will oversee the production process and ensure that all products are manufactured efficiently and meet the highest quality standards. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the production team, scheduling production runs, and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained. Additionally, you will be expected to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Manufacturing duties and responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery and equipment
  
• Monitor and adjust production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
  
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
  
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
  
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors and managers
  
• Identify areas for process improvement and make suggestions for increasing productivity
  
• Keep accurate records of production and inventory levels
  
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
  
• Train new employees on manufacturing processes and procedures
  

Requirements
