What You'll Need Current South Carolina RN License BCLS Certification Minimum 2 years of nursing supervisory experience Long-term care experience preferred What You'll DoLead and supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAsReview shift reports and monitor resident conditionsRespond to acute changes (assess, notify MD, coordinate transport, notify family)Conduct daily rounds to ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality careOversee documentation accuracy (care plans, charting, change of condition)Follow up on labs, consultant reports, and physician ordersAssist with admissions and physician roundsPromote resident rights and maintain regulatory compliance Why Join Our Team?
