The Good Stuff — At a Glance

• Salary: $76,000–$95,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• On-Call: Rotating on-call responsibility every 6 weeks

What You'll Do

As our RN Unit Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting daily nursing operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring our residents receive the compassionate, quality care they deserve.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff on your assigned unit.
• Mentor, coach, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs in delivering excellent resident care.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to promote quality outcomes.
• Monitor resident conditions, care plans, and clinical documentation.
• Support staffing coordination, employee development, and team communication.
• Participate in quality improvement, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Help foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted Alabama RN license or eligible multistate compact license.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or a related clinical setting preferred.
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills.
• A passion for mentoring others and improving resident outcomes.
