Engagement Objective
Ethics & Compliance Program Assessment:
Perform an independent maturity assessment of Uber's Ethics & Compliance Program and provide practical recommendations to enhance program effectiveness, governance, monitoring, and overall compliance culture.
The engagement should evaluate both program design and operational effectiveness across key components of the compliance program.
Internal Investigations:
Conduct / support internal investigations related to T&E, vendor sourcing / billing matters, accounting and auditing topics, and other matters of financial nature.
As an investigator, the co-source partner will work with an experienced Uber investigator to participate in end-to-end investigation matters, including case assessment, document review, data analysis, witness and subject interviews, as well as preparing investigation reports.

4. Required Qualifications
Suppliers must propose candidates with the following minimum qualifications:
Relevant Experience
Experience conducting Ethics & Compliance program assessments for large multinational organizations.
Experience assessing programs against DOJ ECCP guidance.
Experience evaluating compliance programs in technology, marketplace, or other highly regulated industries.
Experience assessing global compliance programs operating across multiple jurisdictions.
Experience conducting internal investigations related to financial topics
Subject Matter Expertise
Ethics and Compliance program design and effectiveness.
Regulatory compliance governance.
Investigations and reporting programs.
Compliance monitoring and testing.
Culture and conduct risk assessments.
Team Qualifications
The proposed team should include professionals with relevant credentials and experience, such as:
Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)
Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional International (CCEP-I)
Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
Juris Doctor (JD)
Former compliance officer, regulator, or similar subject matter expert
