Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, primarily focusing on engineering and technical roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines from scratch, and play a key role in scaling high-performing teams. This is a strategic position requiring strong market knowledge, sourcing expertise, and the ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruiting
Manage end-to-end recruiting for technical and engineering roles.
Source, screen, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
Build talent pipelines from scratch for multiple roles.
Business Partnership
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs.
Provide insights on market trends, compensation, and hiring strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters (benefits, compensation, etc.)
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building
Proactively source candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, etc.).
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
Employer Branding & Networking
Represent the company at networking events, meetups, and online communities.
Promote the company brand and attract top talent.
Develop relationships within open-source and tech communities.
Process Improvement
Drive improvements in recruiting processes and strategies
Develop innovative sourcing techniques and hiring approaches..
Collaborate across teams to enhance hiring effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of technical recruiting experience.
At least 1+ year of hands-on technical sourcing experience.
Experience in both in-house and agency recruiting environments.
Strong understanding of technical roles and hiring requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Skills
Experience hiring for engineering or product teams.
Strong knowledge of the tech market and competitor landscape.

Pay Details: $62.07 per hour
