Job description

The Role

Korn Ferry is searching for a Campus or University Recruiter to support one of our RPO clients - remotely from your professional home office anywhere in the United States.

As a member of Korn Ferry, the University Recruiter will build a world class University Relations and Internship program for our client while delivering an exceptional candidate and intern experience. s. This role focuses on high touch candidate and university relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activities. The Recruiter is the subject matter expert around early talent development and building a long-term sustainable strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Campus Recruitment:

  • Partner with client steering committee to identify key target Universities and programs as well as long term strategy of clients University Program.
  • Set road map to build long term relationships with identified Universities and programs.
  • Develop a strong pipeline for both entry level positions and internships within the client's business.
  • Build strong relationships with students to promote client as employer of choice by effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition
  • Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities to steering committee.
  • Organize and attend all related events such as career fairs, networking events, classroom presentations and interviews panels.
  • Track and present all University and Internship related metrics to steering committee and executive team.
  • Oversee Internship program including activities and engagement of team. Seek feedback and measure the program success.
  • Intern program Management & Engagement
  • Design, coordinate, and execute intern program activities throughout the internship experience.
  • Lead onboarding and orientation. Plan and organize professional development workshops, networking events, executive speaker sessions, and intern recognition activities.
  • Manage intern communications and serve as the primary point of contact for interns, managers, and program stakeholders.
  • Gather feedback from interns and hiring managers to continuously improve the intern experience.
  • Monitor program participation, engagement, and outcomes to ensure a high-quality and impactful internship program.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel 15% of the year
  • 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
  • 3+ years of university recruitment experience
  • Campus programming and engagement leadership experience.
  • 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
  • 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
  • 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence change.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • High School Diploma

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • This role will be based in Boston, in office 4 days/week.

Salary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the requirements for the job posted. Korn Ferry offers competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.
