Notes from previous supplier call:
-TA Coordinator would also work, as long as they have had experience coordinating interviews.
-This role is mostly scheduling interviews, travel details, and coordinating logistics for university recruitment events.
-Some candidates have been doing coordinating but working at companies where it's more classified as a generalist and not specific that being just a function of their role.
-Recruiters are not a good fit for this role, because this role is not necessarily recruiting and mostly coordinating.
-Team is about to hit fall recruitment and being extremely busy, need to hit the ground running
Q:
What has been missing piece in resumes?
Needing candidates who are local, candidates have experience on their resume but get to interview and haven't done any coordinating or scheduling for candidates or events.
Q:
Challenges seen have similar experience but moved to recruiter role, are they a fit?
Would depend on what their recruitment background has involved in those years and how long they have been out of a coordinator role.
