Opening at the beginning of 2027, we are now looking to hire and begin training our next great Leadership Team! Training will take place at the Culvers in Idaho Falls, 946 Pancheri Dr.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the store with attention to detail
• Manage resources including stock, staff, and sales effectively
• Recruit, train, and appraise staff to build a motivated team
• Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent service
• Maintain financial and statistical records to maximize profitability
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
• Prepare promotional displays and coordinate with management

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
