We work alongside mining operations around the world to reduce energy consumption, optimize water use, minimize waste, and improve productivity. What You'll Do

    • Operational Support: Assist the Operations Supervisor with daily activities and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and workflow.
    • Quality Support: Help ensure molds and related inventory meet quality standards and support consistent product builds.
    • Safety First: Demonstrate a strong commitment to Weir's Zero Harm safety culture and follow all safety procedures.
    • Physical & Environmental Readiness: Work in a manufacturing/shop environment where molds may be dirty, dusty, sticky, or heavy. Use cranes and forklifts safely and effectively after training.
