Hours/Week: 40 hours

Licenses/Certifications: Current NM RN license or Compact license, BLS, ACLS
Experience: Previous Cath Lab or Cardiac ICU experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $63.65/hour

What Youll Do
Coordinate and deliver patient care in the Cath Lab, focusing on cardiovascular procedures
Obtain and document initial patient assessments, establishing care priorities
Reassess patients systematically to monitor progress and detect changes
Develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with hospital standards
Perform point-of-care testing and assist with diagnostic procedures
Collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians and other staff, to ensure continuity and quality of care
Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and post-discharge care
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in unit activities to improve patient outcomes
Follow safety and infection control protocols to ensure patient and staff safety
What You Need
Required:
Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA
Prior experience in cath lab, cardiac ICU, or similar setting (preferred)
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Preferred:
Experience working with EPIC EMR system
Ability to adapt to high-pressure scenarios
