    Urgent Care Veterinarian – Gig Harbor, WA

     

    A progressive small animal hospital in the Gig Harbor, Washington area is seeking a skilled and compassionate Urgent CareVeterinarian with an interest in urgent care medicine. This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle a diverse caseload in a modern, well-equipped facility while working alongside a dedicated and collaborative team of veterinary professionals.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide high-quality urgent care for a variety of medical and surgical cases.

    • Perform diagnostic evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver compassionate client communication.

    • Collaborate closely with other veterinarians and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

    • Maintain accurate medical records and uphold high standards of patient safety and care.

    • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and education-driven work culture.

     

    Qualifications

    • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree.

    • Active or obtainable veterinary license in Washington State.

    • Strong diagnostic, procedural, and communication skills.

    • Ability to remain calm, efficient, and empathetic in a fast-paced setting.

    • A collaborative, team-focused attitude and a desire for continued professional growth.
