Your Role & Responsibilities:- Personal care and attentive assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Overnight companionship, safety support, and fall prevention (awake shifts)
- Toileting, safe transfer/mobility, grooming, and dressing assistance
- Medication reminders (as permitted by non-medical care guidelines)
- Light housekeeping, evening settling routines, and morning breakfast prep
- Care-plan follow-through, timely documentation, and clear handoff communication
- Prompt communication with the HomeWell care team
