ComForCare Home Care - Central DuPage is looking for a reliable and compassionate CNA, Caregiver, or HHA to provide personalized in-home support for a client.

This opportunity is well suited for an experienced caregiver who prefers working evening hours and enjoys helping seniors maintain their routines, comfort, and independence at home.

POSITION DETAILS

• Position: CNA / Caregiver / HHA
• Shift: Evening
• Schedule: Evening hours
• Employment: Part-Time
• Setting: Private in-home care
• Experience: Caregiving or senior-care experience preferred

YOUR ROLE

You will be an important part of the clients daily routine, providing dependable assistance while creating a safe and comfortable environment.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Providing personal care and hygiene support
• Assisting with dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Supporting evening meals and meal preparation
• Providing companionship and social engagement
• Offering medication reminders as outlined in the care plan
• Helping with the clients evening routine
• Assisting with light housekeeping related to the clients care
• Supporting fall-prevention and home-safety practices
• Observing and reporting changes in the clients condition
• Following the clients individualized care plan
• Communicating appropriately with the office and care team

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome candidates with experience as:

• CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant
• Caregiver
• HHA - Home Health Aide
• Personal Care Assistant
• Private Duty Caregiver
• Home Care Aide

Were looking for someone who is:

• Compassionate and patient
• Dependable and responsible
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Experienced with senior or in-home care preferred
• Able to assist with ADLs and mobility
• Comfortable working independently in a clients home
• Professional when communicating with clients and families
• Willing to follow care plans and required care procedures
