PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE- Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
- Temporary Privileges Available: Yes, for urgent needs
- Credentialing Timeline: Temporary privileges available for clean files; full compliance due 2 weeks prior to start

JOB REQUIREMENTS- Licenses: Active PA license or Universal License (IMLC)
- Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- DEA: Yes
- Experience: 3 years minimum
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide general urology outpatient care in the clinic.
- Perform hospital rounds and consultations during daytime hours.
- Conduct urologic procedures including ureteroscopies.
- Manage OR surgical schedule alongside clinic duties.
- Supervise support staff including medical assistants and office personnel.
