Rush University Medical Center, a nationally recognized clinical and academic institution and the teaching hospital for Rush Medical and Nursing Colleges, invites applications for the position of Urologist.

Practice Highlights

• Unique opportunity to join well established general urology practice to care for patients alongside a senior Urologist; the practice’s Nurse Practitioner has clinical duties in outpatient clinic and inpatient rounding.
• State-of-the-art linear accelerator and brachytherapy program; Access to advanced technology, including the DaVinci XI Robot
• Hospital privileges with Riverside Medical Center a community hospital with 300 beds with 24/7 anesthesia coverage and robotics. Opportunity for privileges at Rush University Medical Center for high-risk surgical cases and clinical care.
• Research opportunities and teaching with a faculty appointment at Rush University may be available for consideration.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Clinical Duties: Outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, OR cases
• Schedule: Mon-Friday with shared call coverage of 8 days per month with one weekend

• The ideal candidate is a team-oriented, friendly, and ambitious individual.
• Experience is appreciated, but not required as we are open to recent graduates
• Valid Illinois Medical License (or ability to obtain IL Medical License)
• Valid Illinois Controlled Substances License (or ability to obtain IL License)
• Board eligible or Board Certified
