Location: Chicago, IL preferred (other regions considered)
A growing, mission-driven healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Urology Diagnostics Sales Representative to support the launch of an innovative UTI testing platform in the senior care and outpatient market.
This proprietary test combines the speed of molecular testing with the accuracy of traditional culture methods-delivering ~99.9% accuracy with results in under 12 hours. This is a unique opportunity to represent a truly differentiated product with strong clinical value.

Urology Diagnostics Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of urology diagnostic testing services
- Build and maintain relationships with urology clinics, private practices, urgent care centers, and senior living facilities
- Generate and grow specimen volume within your territory
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in urology or diagnostic sales
- Existing provider relationships and proven ability to drive volume
- Strong understanding of the clinical sales process
- Base salary: $75,000-$110,000 + aggressive commission structure
- Full benefits package
- 401(k) with 4% match
- Travel reimbursement
