Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for developing and integrating AWS cloud-based customer engagement and IVR solutions .

Amazon Connect

• Configure and maintain Amazon Connect environments.
• Design and configure contact flows .
• Develop IVR solutions.
• Build reports and dashboards related to customer interactions.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with external applications and platforms.

AWS Integration

• Develop serverless solutions using AWS Lambda .
• Integrate Amazon Connect with DynamoDB, S3 and other AWS services .
• Develop API-based integrations.
• Implement automated workflows across AWS services.

Amazon Lex / AI

• Develop and integrate conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex .
• Work with multiple AWS AI services.
• Integrate AI capabilities into customer engagement and IVR solutions.

Automation & Development

• Develop scripts to automate AWS environments and operational processes.
• Implement AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code .
• Troubleshoot integration and application issues.
• Follow AWS best practices for security, scalability and reliability.
