US Application Developer

Job Overview

IBM is seeking a US Application Developer to support application development and data-related initiatives within its Intelligent Operations organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Unix, SQL Server, Sybase, AWS, Snowflake, Python, Spark/PySpark, Java, .NET, and Informatica .

The candidate will work on application development, data processing, database technologies, cloud platforms, and enterprise data integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications.
• Work with Unix/Linux environments for application and data-processing activities.
• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions using SQL Server and Sybase .
• Work with AWS cloud services and cloud-based application/data solutions.
• Develop and optimize data processing solutions using Snowflake, Snowpark, and PySpark .
• Use Python for application development, automation, data processing, and integration.
• Work with Java and Microsoft .NET technologies as required.
• Develop and maintain data integration workflows using Informatica .
• Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and processing.
• Troubleshoot application, database, and data-integration issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and other IBM teams.
• Follow enterprise development, security, and quality standards.
