Basic Qualifications:

• 10 years of Program/Project Management experience.
• 5 years managing Cloud Transformation or GCP programs.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Platform (GCP) services and cloud migration methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and global delivery teams.
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, or similar PM tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with AI/cloud adoption programs and modernization initiatives.

Role and responsibilities:

• Lead complex GCP transformation, migration, modernization, and AI/cloud adoption programs.
• Manage program governance, delivery planning, RAID management, financial tracking, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across customer and partner organizations.
• Ensure timely delivery, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and achievement of business outcomes.
• Maintain PMO hygiene, project plans, dashboards, and program documentation.
• Support executive steering committees and program reviews.

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Program Manager to lead large-scale Cloud Platform (CP) transformation and migration programs. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end program delivery, manage multiple workstreams, collaborate with customer stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of cloud initiatives.
